Join Our Team as a Quality Engineer! the Quality Engineer will be responsible for projects that identify, analyze, and resolve quality improvement opportunities throughout the organization (encompassing operations and other business groups). The ideal candidate is a well-organized, detail-oriented professional, who has a continuous improvement mindset and embodies the culture of Quality and Operational Excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills .
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to foster and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and similar tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of core operational and business processes is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality improvement projects including (but not limited to) root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and results monitoring.
  • Liaise with operational and business stakeholders, providing guidance and assistance in support of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify relevant best practices and support their implementation.
  • Maintain existing quality practices through audits and inspections of key processes and components/products.
  • Support other Quality and Operations Excellence related activities as required.
