Your Duties To expand our Quality Engineering team, we are seeking a highly capable professional to shape our projects—from initial prototyping through to series production—from a quality engineering perspective, thereby ensuring lasting customer satisfaction through high-quality manufacturing. Integrated into our development and production teams, you will apply quality methods for quality planning, risk analysis, product release, and problem-solving. You will oversee the product throughout its entire lifecycle and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal manufacturing and the customer regarding all quality-related matters. You will support internal and external audits and play an active role in customer audits.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, FH) in mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in quality planning and operations.
  • Proficiency in applying quality methods such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and 8D, and familiarity with the requirements of IATF, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001.
  • A high degree of independence, analytical thinking skills, and a proactive, self-driven approach to work.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
