About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with strong experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing, electrical testing, quality improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and implement Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
Drive Lean Manufacturing practices including 5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke, SMED, Visual Management, TPM, and waste elimination.
Lead continuous improvement projects using PDCA, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis.
Perform RCA using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, and implement CAPA.
Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, SOPs, and inspection standards.
Monitor Cp/Cpk, SPC, MSA and identify process improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams.
Conduct Internal Quality Audits and GEMBA Audits and prepare reports.
Support customer and supplier audits.
Analyze quality metrics and reduce defects, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
Train and mentor production teams on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
