Requirements

Test lead experience, ability to lead multiple projects involving different product teams both global and local.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate with clients, technology team, and other partners to understand the requirements, usage patterns and plan the test design.
Quick learner and self-motivated, proactive individual who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills to research and analyze product features being tested
Experience with Test Management tools like Octane JIRA and solid experience with Defect Management Process.
Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners.
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Ability to plan team´s activities and track progress.
Ability to work under a tight schedule and in multiple projects.
Experience working in a mixed process with Waterfall and Agile teams.
Working experience with test automation tools and Generative AI (CoPilot)

Nice To Haves

Domain knowledge of banking and financial applications.
Knowledge on workflow platforms such as PEGA

Responsibilities

Creates and optimizes test processes including defect management and reporting
Creates and optimizes test automation frameworks and use of test automation tools
Leads test planning for complex features that span across the platform or multiple teams
Creates a test automation strategy across the application stack (UI, API, and Backend, etc.)
Ensures alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders
Manages test execution and resolves, communicates or escalates any issues that may result in test plan variance
Designs test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments
Leading testing team(s) through the Agile software development lifecycle
Planning, executing, and managing the testing effort for a variety of projects across multiple lines technology platforms.
Expected to learn the business and technical components of an application to appropriately communicate risk and status to senior project management and executives.
Work with their peers across the organization to drive test efficiencies, improve frameworks, and enhance the enterprise testing process.
