Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar)
Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and SPC methods
Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading quality programs

Nice To Haves

Six Sigma/ASQ certification a plus for senior-level roles

Responsibilities

Quality planning, inspection processes, and control plan development
Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA, 8D)
Supplier quality management and incoming inspection
Statistical process control (SPC) and process capability studies
Cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
