As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening our quality assurance ecosystem—developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QA systems that support high‑performing products. You’ll analyze data to uncover opportunities for improvement, conduct thorough testing, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure every product meets our highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in quality engineering or quality systems.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with battery pack or ESS system quality control.
  • Understanding of BMS (Battery Management Systems), PCS (Power Conversion Systems).
  • Experience working with global customers or regulatory compliance for international markets.
  • Certifications in ISO, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or equivalent.
  • Korean language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to identify defects and ensure they meet technical specifications.
  • Identify issues in production processes and recommend solutions to improve product quality and performance.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality metrics, and compliance records.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and support, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
