Requirements

BS Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering or assurance
Experience facilitating FMEAs
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001, and industry standards
Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis

Nice To Haves

Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE) or similar
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or ultra-high purity operations
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain inspection reports for safety and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Conduct regular audits of operations and maintenance areas according to quality and safety standards to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Perform root cause investigations for quality issues and develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross functional collaboration and support with PSM program.
