Quality Engineer
About The Position
As a Quality Engineer at Camcraft, you will ensure our precision products meet the highest quality standards supporting our Automotive and Aerospace Industries. You will develop and maintain quality control processes, perform inspections, and drive continuous improvement. Camcraft is a leading provider of high-precision machined components for on and off-road vehicles, hydraulic controls, aerospace and electric vehicles. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches designing quality processes and procedures
- Ensure that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Implementation of comprehensive quality standards and inspection processes
- Conduct Internal Audits supporting our compliance to our Quality Management Systems
- Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain quality records
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Support Supply Chain working to uphold our quality standards with our suppliers
- Train staff on quality control processes
- Analyze statistical data to drive continuous improvement
