As a Quality Engineer, you will take ownership of key quality control processes, including audits, fall-out management, and ISO compliance, to ensure products and practices meet company and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and support continuous compliance with ISO requirements. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will report directly to the Quality Manager. You will Review and approve Product and Processes Corrective and Prevention Action Plans. Assess and evaluate all reliability testing, equipment service and calibration and the verification process. Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up. Execute internal audits on QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Coordinate UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory) and other regulatory factory audits. Conduct regular conference calls with customers or vendors and provide reports as needed. Work with internal Production, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Program Managers and Procurement to meet quality standards. Develop proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies across the organization. Perform additional assessment and analysis as assigned.
