Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical fields such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience with six years automotive engineering experienceLaunch experience
  • Experience in automotive Stampings, Welding, Mechatronics, Soft-trim (Textiles), Hard-trim (Plastics), Interiors, Appearance and Class A Surfaces
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) such as VDA, ISO, IATF within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Core Tools i.e., PPAP/CP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, GR&R
  • Proficient in GD&T and 8D Reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and data analysis skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power-point, Excel, Project) and SharePoint
  • Proficient with SAP
  • Open to 30-40% travel
