QUALITY ENGINEER I – PREFERRED CANDIDATE IDENTIFIED Estimated annual base pay: $62,000.00(minimum) - $81,000.00(midpoint) - $99,000.00(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity. Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in executing standard quality assurance protocols to maintain product standards.
  • Skilled in gathering relevant data for quality assessment and reporting purposes.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed quality documentation and records.
  • Highly attentive to identifying defects and ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
  • Able to apply existing procedures to troubleshoot and resolve routine quality issues.
  • Effective in conveying information clearly and verifying understanding during interactions.
  • Familiar with industry quality standards and able to apply them in daily tasks.
  • Competent in preparing accurate and timely quality reports for review by senior staff.
  • Capable of collaborating with team members to achieve quality goals within standardized processes.
  • Efficient in managing time to meet quality objectives and project deadlines.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Accurately record and maintain detailed reports of quality assessments and findings.
  • Support senior quality engineers in implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize existing procedures to evaluate quality data and identify recurring problems.
  • Follow standardized quality control procedures to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
