Requirements

Bachelor degree with 3-5 years of related experience or 5-7 years related experience in a quality manufacturing environment, automotive preferred.
Good computer skills including typing and the use of Microsoft products.
Conceptual knowledge of production part approval process (PPAP) and relevant requirements preferred.
Working knowledge of SPC, capability studies, PFMEA’s, and Control Plans.
Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and follow direction.
Strong judgment /decision making skills.
Problem solving skills.
Communication skills.
Strong analytic problem solving skills.
Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience preferred.
Conceptual knowledge of production part approval process (PPAP) and relevant requirements.

Support the company to meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of IAC.
Complete LPAs on time; weekly.
Complete Safe Audit on time; weekly.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Manage supplier quality.
Train operators in standardized processes.
Prepare sample submissions (PPAP).
Coordinate dimensional evaluations.
Complete capability studies.
Maintain and coordinate Fast Response process.
Audit/document quality systems.
Problem solve assembly issues.
Work closely with manufacturing team members as well as interact directly with suppliers and customers.
Enforce and maintain LPA process.
Troubleshoot quality issues with the Operations and Technical department.
Perform root cause analysis through fast track response process.
Assist in the development and mentoring of the Quality Engineers.
Support Quality Manager in daily functions as needed.
Act as Internal Lead TS Auditor.
Act as Internal ISO Auditor.
