This is what you’ll do As a Quality Engineer II, you will lead quality improvement initiatives and resolve complex product and process challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality systems or engineering roles
  • Experience working within Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA 21 CFR 820
  • Experience leading cross-functional quality or improvement initiatives
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, and develop SOPs
  • Proficiency with Agile PLM or similar systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause investigations for customer complaints and internal quality issues using advanced statistical tools (e.g., DOE, Gage R&R, Six Sigma methods)
  • Drive product and process validation activities, including material testing and machine validation
  • Maintain and manage Agile change processes as a change analyst
  • Support new product development (NPD) and sourcing of new components through statistical analysis and quality validation
  • Own and drive improvements in the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Lead and support quality processes including CAPA, SCAR, document control, training, and internal audits
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve performance against SQDIP metrics and customer expectations
