Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/vocational qualification and experience
  • 2+ years Work Experience
  • Problem solving and analytical ability
  • Knowledge of job-related policies and procedures as well as corporate policies and procedures
  • Strong documentation and Jira experience
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills.

Nice To Haves

  • A demonstrated interest in or, ideally, hands-on experience with using AI tools in a testing context.
  • Experience with at least one major automation framework

Responsibilities

  • Designs methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of components and finished products.
  • Designs, implements, and maintains quality assurance protocols and methods.
  • Takes initiative to gather data to investigate and analyze root cause for potential non-conformances of moderate scope.
  • Works with Engineers with the design of business and operational processes to support quality execution against key performance metrics.
  • Regularly monitors / reviews business and operational processes to evaluate for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Acts as advisor to less senior technicians and/or engineers / suppliers in vetting non-conformities, co-operations with technical support and design engineering and product quality on product improvements.
  • Develop, maintain and expand our automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools.
  • Write, execute, and debug automated test scripts to increase test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Champion QA best practices within the IT department, collaborating with developers, project managers, and business analysts to embed quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Research and implement AI-powered testing tools and techniques to enhance test creation, execution, and analysis.
