Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards and procedures.
  • Perform inspections, testing, measurements, and data collection to evaluate product and process quality.
  • Assist with problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer quality issues, RMAs, failure analysis, MRRT, and product investigations.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and customer‑facing communications.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Participate in audits, product changes, and quality system activities.
  • Travel to the Montana manufacturing site (~10%) to support manufacturing learning and investigations.
