About The Position

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will lead testing initiatives across complex enterprise applications, drive automation strategy using modern frameworks and AI-enabled testing capabilities, and ensure high-quality releases through robust validation of APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications. This role requires strong leadership, Agile delivery experience, and expertise in modern automation, DevOps, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Functional and Automation Testing with strong expertise in end-to-end testing across enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Java and/or Python, along with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
  • Proven experience implementing AI-enabled testing solutions, including the use of AI tools, agents, and automation accelerators within test frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in API testing, validation, and integration testing, with a solid understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures.
  • Extensive experience in database testing with strong SQL skills, including validation of complex data flows and testing on SQL Server environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Applications, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native testing practices, along with test management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps; exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and Retail applications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple releases, ensuring quality objectives, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and reusable test solutions using modern automation tools and best practices.
  • Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and status reporting, providing regular quality metrics and test insights to stakeholders.
  • Review application designs and code to improve testability, automation coverage, and long-term maintainability.
  • Analyze defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis across test, staging, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps teams to define quality strategies and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leverage AI-powered testing capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation solutions, to improve test efficiency, coverage, and productivity.
