About The Position

As a Quality Engineer – Distribution, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement within our distribution operations. You will lead customer defect tracking and resolution (CDT&R) through data analysis, reporting, and daily management activities. You will also analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for improvement across the site, conduct and support root cause analysis for critical quality issues, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive resolution. Additionally, you will support daily visual management, KPIs, and quality system processes, including change control and risk assessments. You will provide on-floor support for nonconformances, product holds, and Kaizen initiatives, and maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including CAPA, SCAR, audits, documentation, and training. You will monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments, with a focus on quality or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), especially ISO9001
  • Experience with quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise summaries of quality issues and results
  • Familiarity with Agile PLM and Microsoft Office tools
