About The Position

You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance on the PAC‑3 missile program. As the Quality Engineer Associate you will be responsible for supporting the production line and driving continuous improvement in quality processes. This position offers the chance to contribute to a critical missile program while developing your engineering expertise. Requirements

• STEM Bachelors degree or higher.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, and therefore a U.S. citizen
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support production line
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
• Establish quality requirements and write work instructions
• Evaluate product for conformance to requirements, document non-conformances, train, and support inspectors
• Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
• Evaluate existing quality processes and use engineering skills to make improvements.
