About The Position

The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a Quality & Education Manager for its Community Health Services Program, which includes a Certified Home Health Agency and a Comprehensive Community Hospice program. This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing quality improvement measures, and providing clinical education. The manager will oversee the program's quality program, identify opportunities for performance improvement, and lead efforts to achieve better clinical outcomes and maintain high care standards. The position offers a clinical leadership opportunity for a licensed clinician knowledgeable in CHHA and/or Hospice regulations.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Prior staff experience working in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) or Hospice Program
• Strong computer skills including EMR, report generation and Excel
• Reliable access to transportation to conduct home visits as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior Supervisory, Quality Assurance or Education experience preferred
