Quality Documentation Analyst, HSE

Plains All AmericanHouston, TX

About The Position

Plains is an industry-leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil. We own an extensive network of pipeline transportation, terminalling, storage and gathering assets in key oil producing basins and transportation corridors and at major market hubs in the United States and Canada. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas. We’re on the lookout for passionate self‑starters who thrive in fast‑moving, collaborative, and innovative environments. If you’re organized, curious, and ready to build a career in the energy sector, you’ll fit right in at Plains. As a Quality Documentation Analyst, you’ll support our Records Management team by keeping project and operational documentation accurate, complete, and easy to find. You don’t need deep pipeline regulatory experience on day one; you’ll learn the technical requirements and industry standards on the job. You’ll work closely with field and office teams, help maintain our records systems, and make sure the documentation that supports safe operations is in great shape. You’ll also be eligible for our full benefits package, including Medical / Dental / Vision coverage and paid time off.
