About The Position

This position provides operational and administrative leadership for the organization in its pursuit of excellence in clinical quality, quality measurements, and accreditation compliance. Our ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare leadership and is passionate about creating positive changes in the health of our community. At Rogue Community Health (RCH), our mission is to ensure community members have access to healthcare services without barriers. Employees are assigned a primary work location upon hire; however, to support patient access and operational needs, RCH reserves the right to reassign employees to another RCH work site. By accepting employment with RCH, employees acknowledge that flexibility in work location is a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare leadership
• Must work 20 hours per week or more to be benefit-eligible
• Required to complete a criminal background check
• Required to complete a pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted
