Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Applied Science, Communications, or Health-related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office setting or administrative capacity and computer competency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across departments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Leadership — Provide advanced administrative, operational, and budget support, including invoice processing and complex calendar management.
• Drive Project & Initiative Support — Participate in planning meetings, assist with tactical project management, and help move initiatives forward across the organization.
• Manage Data & Systems — Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, surveys, SharePoint sites, presentations, and reports using a variety of digital tools and applications.
• Collaborate Across Departments — Partner with ITDS, Accounting, Decision Support, Clinical teams, and external stakeholders to gather information and support quality objectives.
• Serve as a Key Liaison — Act as the primary point of contact for the Quality division, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting needs, and welcoming visitors and partners.
