The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality and Risk Management Department in promoting patient safety, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives throughout the hospital. This position assists with medical record audits, risk management activities, data collection and analysis, performance improvement monitoring, and preparation of reports related to quality outcomes and regulatory standards in a behavioral health setting. The Quality Coordinator works collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and support a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement.
