Requirements

3 years’ experience in rack manufacturing environment or construction related equivalent
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Background in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) / computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft D365
Excellent organizational skills
American Welding Society CWI Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months

Responsibilities

The Quality Coordinator provides support to the NWS team for all NWS products from design through project completion including, but not limited to, investigations, problem solving, training and claims.
Receive calls from job sites and gather necessary information to validate claims.
Determine the cause and the most efficient/cost effective solutions.
Review internal documents to investigate, record, and report all service and product performance issues.
Identify trending quality issues and recommend solutions.
May make occasional trips to jobsites for trouble shooting and extensive claim investigations.
Participate in and help lead department or division quality meetings.
