This role supports the planning and execution of resident activities, promotes a high-quality living experience, and serves as a key resource for resident engagement. Additionally, the position oversees lease renewals, addresses and resolves resident concerns, supports collections efforts, and manages all aspects of the resident experience to drive satisfaction and retention.
