Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator will conduct field inspections, trade coordination, and maintaining high quality standards across all building scopes. This position will work on a 14/7 rotation basis, on a project site in Saskatchewan.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of building construction experience.
  • Strong QA/QC background in construction.
  • Solid understanding of Building Code requirements.
  • Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and field‑coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections for structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical building activities.
  • Implement and maintain project‑specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
  • Work with project teams and subcontractors to identify, track, and resolve quality issues.
  • Manage NCRs, CARs, and audit findings.
  • Interpret drawings and specifications to support field crews.
  • Coordinate RFIs and technical queries with engineering.
  • Audit subcontractor quality systems and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project success.
