About The Position

The Quality Controller position will ensure the final edited projects align with the producer's vision and are broadcast-ready for television. This position is also responsible for formatting and adding captions to the completed videos.

Requirements

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must sign the Statement of Faith.
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Must pass all required checks.
Proficient in Mac-based computer operation.
Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Frame.io software.
Familiarity with digital technology and editing software, especially Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder, is advantageous.
Ability to navigate Adobe Premiere for show previews.
A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
Experience in video editing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure editors compile complete broadcasts with relevant content, including main teaching, b-roll, promotions, music, and graphics that enhance AWMI's message.
Perform quality control on multiple show versions.
Meet daily/weekly deadlines consistently.
Adhere to established media organization and archiving protocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all processes and procedures for Quality Control.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
