About The Position

This role operates color blending and material handling equipment to produce cement products that meet quality specifications. The position involves monitoring mix formulations, production processes, and inventory levels to ensure efficient terminal operations. Additionally, it includes performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support safe and reliable production, as well as loading, unloading, and transferring raw materials and finished products while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures is crucial for a productive workplace.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain product quality and blending accuracy.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn terminal processes, equipment, and operating procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Dependable work ethic with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
