About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail & commitment to quality.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in assembly pallets.
- Lift pallets to examine them, remove defective boards, and correct nail-related issues.
- Understand pallet specifications and necessary modifications for customers.
- Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the quality control station.
- Inspect pallets visually for defects including broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination.
- Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
- Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.
- Clean the work area during and at the end of the shift.
- Perform other duties as required.
