About The Position

Anchorage Sand & Gravel Co., Inc. in Alaska is looking for a Construction Materials Testing Technician. This role involves sampling and performing laboratory and field testing on concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregate, block, and cement to ensure compliance with ASTM/ACI specifications and standards in a fast-paced quality control laboratory. The position requires the ability to represent Anchorage Sand & Gravel to customers and third-party agencies and to prepare reports as directed for internal distribution and/or specific agencies.

• High School Diploma.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License.
• Basic understanding of computers and excel spreadsheets.
• Professional and courteous attitude towards team members as well as customers and third-party agencies.

• Prior experience testing materials in the lab and field.

Responsibilities
