Immediate Opening: Quality Control Tester - Manufacturing – 1st Shift. First American Resources is hiring a Quality Control Lab Technician - Manufacturing to support their coil coating operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a lab environment. The company, founded in 1975, is a leading specialty coater of aluminum, carbon, and stainless steel, specializing in coil coating. Their facility also includes slitting, spooling, stamping, and lancing capabilities.

Requirements

• Prior QC lab experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Strong lab skills and understanding of QC methods
• Ability to read and interpret color
• Excellent attention to detail and data interpretation
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine lab tests using standard methods and equipment
• Monitor production quality at critical control points
• Document and analyze test results
• Collaborate with production and quality teams on any product deviations
• Recommend corrective actions when needed
• Maintain lab equipment calibration and cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures
