Our Harco locations span across seven states in the US. We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Quality Assurance Tech. This role is based in our facility in Lynchburg, Virginia, and reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Requirements

1–4 years of experience in a quality assurance or technician role.
Proficient in using hand tools.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment through training, adherence to policies, and proactive housekeeping.
Perform inspection activities using PI tape, micrometers, and ovality gauges.
Ensure tools and equipment meet company standards.
Identify and resolve product quality issues.
Validate impact and skin testing processes.
Investigate non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
Support and mentor operators in quality procedures.
Collaborate on material trials and new product evaluations.
Monitor production output and run conditions to ensure compliance.
Complete documentation and quality reporting accurately.
Develop a strong understanding of operational processes and safety protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
