Requirements

Clean valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation for travel to production plants and job sites across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Comfort with varied work environments, including outdoor construction sites and indoor lab settings.
Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office for creating and managing daily quality control reports.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in quality control or construction is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Performing both basic and advanced mathematical calculations.
Operating and maintaining quality control testing equipment.
Conducting accurate tests and inspections of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and aggregate properties.
Analyzing test results and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Communicating effectively with paving foremen, project managers, and quality control teams.
Reporting findings and recommendations clearly and accurately.
Troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and making informed decisions based on quality control data.
Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve quality control objectives.
Creating and managing daily quality control reports using Microsoft Office.
