About The Position

This position assists in the assurance of the manufacture of high-quality products through the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive program of materials and product testing, analysis, and reporting. As our Quality Control Technician, you are the final line of defense. You’ll ensure every piece of material—from the moment it arrives at our door, through the heat of production, to the final finished product—meets our elite standards.

Requirements

Certification in quality control, such as an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certification.
Experience working with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and the core principles and methods of quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to prioritize work efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical skills to solve problems and find better ways to do things.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field

Responsibilities

Follow and master inspection procedures to test, evaluate, and analyze everything we build.
Record and report quality data.
Prepare and submit product samples to accreditation agencies.
Partner with production crews to measure, test, and tabulate data.
Keep the team in the loop on quality trends and issues in real-time.
Interface with Management and Engineering to tackle quality hurdles and find creative resolutions.
