Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Midland, TX.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Minimum of two years quality experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training
• Ability to use simple math skills.
• Basic knowledge of using precision measuring instruments.
• Able to read documents/blueprints.
• Must be detail precision orientated.
• Current knowledge of equipment, materials, and practices used in the inspection trade.
• Complete tasks and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order.

Responsibilities

• Inspect connections and other in-process machining of tools.
• Use, maintain, and assist in calibration of all measuring equipment.
• Complete all required inspection documentation for inspected products.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
