About The Position

Persons employed as a Quality Control Technician is expected to select and test fuel/additive products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and/or chemical characteristics. They will record test data, following statistical quality control procedures, and evaluate data to write reports that validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. The role may also perform the duties of a fueler or fuel farm attendant as needed. The technician will conduct work in a safe and environmentally conscious fashion by adhering to all company, industry, local, state and federal safety and environmental regulations and procedures. They will consult with manufacturers to determine quality and reliability standards and analyze fuels/additives to ensure consistent product quality.
