About The Position
As a Quality Control Technician I, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence! Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- ERP knowledge (SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
- Creative problem-solving skills that shine under pressure.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A curious, humble attitude with a hunger for learning and growth.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree (preferred but not required – we value hands-on experience!).
- 2+ years of quality control lab experience (bonus points!).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and ISO-certified environments is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and master lab instruments like a pro!
- Perform in-process and final product testing to ensure top-notch quality.
- Test and sample incoming raw materials to guarantee compliance.
- Help develop and improve test methods to keep us ahead of the game.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve challenges and optimize processes.
- Keep the lab organized, clean, and ready for action.
- Manage sample retention and analyze customer complaint samples.
