Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to identify concerns
• Ability to communicate clearly with technicians and service advisors
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality control inspections on completed vehicles before delivery
• Verify repairs were completed properly and vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for pickup
• Road test vehicles as needed to confirm repair quality and vehicle performance
• Check warning lights, fluid levels, basic functions, and overall workmanship
• Identify incomplete or missed items and communicate them clearly with technicians and service advisors
• Help maintain consistency in repair quality and delivery standards
• Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Contribute to a productive, team-focused service department
