Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Science (Chemistry/Microbiology focus preferred)
- 2–3 years of lab experience, ideally in food manufacturing
- Familiarity with analytical instruments and microbiological procedures
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A mindset for continuous learning and process improvement
Nice To Haves
- Experience with D365 or LIMS systems
Responsibilities
- Perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests to ensure product quality.
- Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and environmental sampling protocols.
- Track analytical data, identify out-of-spec results, and troubleshoot discrepancies using LIMS and D365 systems.
- Train team members, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Production to validate processes and improve testing methods.
- Ensure documentation aligns with GMP and GLP standards.
- Stay current with emerging lab technologies and practices.
