Requirements

Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership ability
Strong manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean Manufacturing, technical drawing understanding)
Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
HS Graduate, AA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years prior quality control experience required, preferably in manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Gives direction and improvement recommendations for quality processes.
Ensures compliance with quality control standards.
Monitors quality processes.
May conduct quality training programs for technicians, inspectors and/or for the production line.
Mentors quality and line staff and facilitates problem solving.
Maintains standard quality practices across all processes.
Records data, makes computations, analyzes results, and writes reports.
