This role involves leading Quality Assurance (QA) Technicians, monitoring QA testing and reporting results, and performing Process Control inspections. The employee will monitor manufacturing processes, document results, and report deviations from standards. Key responsibilities include verifying products meet Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Critical Quality Points (CQP’s), and serving as the primary contact for jar breaks to ensure proper procedures and adequate cleanup. The position requires the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Quality requirements, and learn manufacturing procedures and specifications.
