You work hands‑on in the laboratory, performing assays that directly impact the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of QIAGEN’s diagnostic and life science solutions. Requirements

Up to 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Strong interest and ability to grow your molecular biology skill set, including handling complex assay testing.
Understand the fundamentals of quality control and are eager to work toward ISO‑compliant processes.
Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot assays and suggest improvements.
Navigate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related systems with confidence.
Communicate effectively, collaborate positively, and manage your workload independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform assays independently and evaluate results to support product qualification.
Follow established quality control work instructions and maintain an excellent compliance mindset.
Document all work in a complete, accurate, and contemporaneous manner.
Manage reagents, materials, and inventory needed for QC testing.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen QC processes.
Work safely and comfortably with radioactivity as part of routine testing.
Contribute to developing, revising, and reviewing SOPs as well as qualification or validation protocols and reports.
