As a Quality Control Technician I, you will help ensure our products meet strict quality and performance standards before they reach customers around the world. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly support product reliability, customer satisfaction, and patient safety. As a Quality Control Technician I, you will help ensure products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation activities that support product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Inspection experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, or quality documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on materials and finished products.
  • Conduct thermal testing and document results to verify product performance.
  • Review completed products prior to shipment and issue Certificates of Compliance.
  • Identify and document nonconforming materials and ensure proper segregation of rejected products.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and quality documentation.
  • Perform spot audits throughout production to support quality and process consistency.
  • Assist with document control activities, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Production, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
