About The Position

Requirements

• Quality control or quality technician experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to verify finished products against quality specifications.
• Understanding of product safety expectations in food manufacturing.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document inspection results accurately.
• Ability to follow established procedures, standards, and instructions.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Familiarity with make-up, proofing, baking, and wrapping standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for conformity with established quality specifications.
• Check product appearance, size, weight, and temperature, as well as production standards during make-up, proofing, baking, and wrapping processes.
• Record inspection results using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Communicate quality findings and concerns to production team members.
• Follow established quality procedures, standards, and instructions.
