About The Position

The position offers a base rate of $22.63, with increases every 6 months for the first 36 months, potentially reaching $29.65. Additional shift premiums are available: $2.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift. Requirements

High school diploma/GED required.
3+ years of experience in quality control.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing/automotive environment.
Good verbal, written, & computer communication skills.
The ability to follow documented procedures and work standards.
The ability to pay attention to work detail.
The ability to keep accurate records.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals.
Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives.
Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment.
Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.
Investigate all Mobis and Supplier related issues as they reported.
Provide clean points and initial containment activity.
Line calls; walk backs, initiate sorts.
Daily OS&D.
Daily Shift Report.
Daily Shift Audits.
Weekly Training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
