About The Position

The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. The team leader is expected to embrace and promote company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment. Initiative should be taken to participate in training and development opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/automotive environment
  • Good verbal, written, & computer communication skills
  • The ability to follow documented procedures and work standards
  • The ability to pay attention to work detail
  • The ability to keep accurate records
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Investigate all Mobis and Supplier related issues as they reported. Provide clean points and initial containment activity
  • Line calls; walk backs, initiate sorts
  • Daily OS&D
  • Daily Shift Report
  • Daily Shift Audits
  • Weekly Training
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
