Custom Filters Direct is a growing air filter manufacturer seeking two Quality Control Specialists. This role involves inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process, identifying quality concerns, and ensuring products meet high standards before shipment. Requirements
- Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing or Product Inspection is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Comfortable reading and using a tape measure
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate findings to production
- Verify products meet customer specifications before shipment
- Read and use a tape measure accurately when needed
- Complete quality inspection documentation
- Work closely with Production and Operations to resolve quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
