We are currently looking for Quality Inspectors to join our Beckett team to ensure the high quality of the services that Beckett offers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, can handle delicate, high-value collectibles with care, accurately identify discrepancies in production items, report nonconformances electronically, and use basic measuring tools effectively. You’ll report to the Quality Assurance Manager, Beckett and work from our Plano, TX office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in a quality or production-related role preferred
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • High level of organizational skills to meet production goals and drive productivity
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Handle delicate, high-value collectibles with the utmost care and attention
  • Use electronic devices (e.g., computer or tablet) to identify inspection points and verify information
  • Learn and apply knowledge of case and sleeve sizes to ensure proper use
  • Maintain and manage the inventory of Beckett-issued measuring equipment used for inspections
  • Notify leads or managers of inventory shortages, damaged items, or order discrepancies
  • Inspect encapsulated collectibles, packaged shipping items, incoming materials, and in-process items to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Enter data into company databases, Excel sheets, and/or digital forms accurately
  • Prepare and package encapsulated items for shipment following final inspection
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows and events as needed
  • Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise, ensuring its security and proper handling throughout all process stages
  • Perform other duties as assigned
