Quality Control Specialist
About The Position
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards Madi Lane Bridal Group is known for. You will be responsible for the complete order fulfillment process, from accurately selecting bridal gowns and accessories from inventory to performing detailed quality inspections, resolving any quality concerns, and ensuring each order is carefully packaged and shipped accurately to our retail partners. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys finding solutions. You should be equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with a team to ensure every task is completed to the highest standard.

Nice To Haves
- Previous quality control or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Bridal industry experience, alterations experience, or a background in seamstress work is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect bridal gowns for design, construction, and finishing quality.
- Identify quality concerns and determine the appropriate next steps for resolution.
- Perform detailed quality inspections with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Document findings clearly and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams.
- Prioritize daily workload while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Contribute ideas that improve quality control processes and overall efficiency.
- Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed.
