We are seeking a Specialist, Quality Control IV (Task Lead) to lead quality control efforts in support of a critical U.S. Navy mission. In this role, you will support the U.S. Navy under the Naval Systems Engineering Directorate Engineering Support Services (ESS) effort, contributing to ship design, engineering, and integration support for aircraft carriers (CVNs). As Task Lead, you will oversee quality standards, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and help drive mission success through disciplined execution and team coordination. You will provide quality assurance oversight, performance monitoring, compliance support, and process improvement with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience required; more than 20 years desired
  • At least 7 years of professional experience related to quality control required
  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • At least 7 years of professional experience supporting Department of Defense quality control operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality control activities and serve as the Task Lead for assigned contract requirements
  • Review work products, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures
  • Support quality control and contract performance requirements for U.S. Navy aircraft carrier programs
  • Identify improvement opportunities and help implement corrective actions that strengthen service delivery and compliance
